Featured Wines
- Praxis Dry Syrah Rosé (2007): A dry, medium-bodied rosé with a bright acidity and a floral, strawberry nose. Flavors of strawberry, watermelon, and guava are accented with a hint of vanilla and spice.
- Praxis Viognier Lodi (2007): Grapes from Lodi, Calif., are fermented in stainless steel to retain the purest expression of the grapes. Citrus and light jasmine on the nose lead into flavors of honeysuckle and stone fruit with hints of vanilla, guava, and pear.
- Praxis Pinot Noir Monterey (2007): Aromas of Bing cherries, ripe plums, vanilla, and caramel are trailed by hints of smoke and forest floor. Soft and full-bodied, with flavors of cherry, plum, and a touch of allspice, this Pinot is elegantly balanced with a bright, crisp acidity.
- Praxis Merlot (2004): Awarded the title of Best American Merlot Under $20 by Food & Wine Magazine. Aromas of plum, red currant, toasted vanilla, and violet fill the glass, while the rich berry notes are set off by mocha and dark chocolate flavors.
- Arbios Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (2004): Berry, cherry, and plum aromas are followed by hints of vanilla, allspice, and clove. A soft, dry, and full-bodied cab with some tannins, the cherry-toned flavors are complemented by notes of toffee and forest floor.
