Art Exhibit! Estrella Mountain College

Join us for a special event Friday November 5, 2010. We will host their first ever art exhibit. Estrella Community College students will show their work, the real way!

Drawings from Mediated Minds

This show will feature the work of over twenty art students currently enrolled in Drawing under the tutelage of Art Professor Jimmy Fike at Estrella Mountain College in Avondale, Arirzona. The show thematically explores pop-surrealism, a contemporary art movement that focuses on the relationship between the subconscious mind and popular culture. Each artist has brought and unique and creative interpretation of the theme, resulting in a multi-faceted, diverse exhibition.

Reception starts at 6:30pm. Light refreshments and drinks available for purchase.
