After another amazing, terrific day hosting an event for the kids of HopeKids … 

“We would like to extend our thanks to all of the people who made the evening at Next Coffee possible for us. Alena found herself a comfy chair in the corner where she pursued her favorite pastime: reading! We served her hot chocolate and cookies and brownies, and she loved every minute of it. Adam and Alisa had a great time with the other activities. Alisa’s favorite part was painting the t-shirt. And for Adam, the best part was the magic tricks. For Mike and I, it was great to have a few relaxing moments to chat with other adults. Very nice.

We are touched by the generosity of Next Coffee to open up their doors to us during their business hours and by so many volunteers who gave up precious free time on a weekend to do something special for us.

“I want to thank everyone who was part of this Next Coffee event. It was so nice to have a small event that the kids were busy and we the parents could talk and visit. I met some new families and visited with some friends from HOPE kids. Matthew had a blast watching Ryan with the magic tricks, coloring, decorating the t-shirt, and decorating the cupcakes and cookies. I really appreciated the time to just sit and visit.
